I've spent my career at the intersection of editorial intelligence and strategic communications - building content operations at the BBC, shaping global narratives inside a FTSE100 mining company, leading communications strategy at one of the UK's largest financial services groups, and working across global brands through agency Brunswick.
What connects all of it is the same underlying challenge: taking something genuinely complex - a business transformation, a technical breakthrough, an organisational change - and finding the version of it that moves people to understand, to act, to believe.
Through Telemetry I bring that experience to organisations who need senior counsel, fractional leadership and delivery capability, without the overhead of a full-time hire. Engagements range from strategy workshops and messaging frameworks through to embedded fractional leadership and editorial governance on major programmes - including the way AI is reshaping the way organisations produce, distribute and get discovered.
